Bell Lap Running Squad cultivates a positive high-performance training environment that supports athletes in achieving their potential and competitive goals at state, national, and international levels. We value commitment, integrity, excellence, respect, and foster a safe, inclusive and motivating environment. Athletes are expected to train consistently, arrive prepared, follow their individual plans, and support their teammates while representing the squad and club. Each athlete is provided with a periodised and evidence-based individual training program, with monitored training load and progress.

MICKAEL SOUSSAN
Mickael Soussan is a passionate middle and long distance running coach dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential through structured training, biomechanical efficiency, and evidence-based principles. With a background as a competitive athlete and over 5 years of coaching experience, Mickael specialises in developing runners across the 800m to 5000m events - from junior talent to elite performers.
