See how far you can run in 15 minutes OR 30 minutes!
If you don't have a GPS tracker, we suggest you run over a course of known distance (e.g., 400 metres athletics track; Duncan McKinnon Reserve trail 1.2 km) and simply estimate the distance you cover on your last lap of the course.
Anytime between 5.00am Friday 4 September and 8.00pm Sunday 6 September
Anywhere you like, making sure you are compliant with Victoria's current restrictions on exercising outdoors
(we would, however, recommend a flat course)
