BINNO SQUAD

SPRINTS, HURDLES, JUMPS

Binno squad is the perfect fit for athletics looking to take the sport to the next level. The squad has a mix of junior, open and master athletes. Athletes who are transitioning form junior into senior athletes from school sport or little athletics or returning athletes to athletics later in life will find like minded training partners in the Binno squad.

MAX BINNINGTON OAM OLY

Max has experience in Athletics as an athlete, coach, team manager and administrator. Represented Australia at the 1976 Olympics and is a 3 times Commonwealth Games representative in hurdles. Max has 20+ years of experience coaching and has coaching accreditation level 2.

GARY MINIHAN OLY

Gary has 20+ years experience as a sprints coach, covering a range of athletes from club to national level athletes. Gary has an impressive history as an athlete representing Australia at the 1982 Commonwealth Games, 1983 and 1987 World Championships and the 1984 Olympics in both the 400m and the 4x400m relay. Gary still holds the Australian record for the 4x400m relay.

Level 2 Coaching Accreditation

ERIC WONG

Eric joins the Binno squad to offer detailed training for sprint hurdlers to master the hurdle technique and take their hurdling to the next level. Eric is an accredited hurdles and sprints coach working with athletes from state, national to international levels.
