CLUB DOCUMENTS

Glenhuntly Athletic Club is a member organization of Athletics Victoria and Athletics Australia and operate under the policy of these governing organizations Sports Integrity Policy and Guildlines.

Glenhuntly Athletic Club additionally abides by the following policies and protocols, which are in place to support the continued safety of our members and the integrity of our club.

Member Policy & Protocol

Members should familiarize themselves with our club policies, GAC committee will review polices on a regular basis. If you have feedback or queries regarding any of these club policy documents, please contact us at hunteraths@gmail.com. We encourage feedback from any members, including our junior athletes in our policy making any input is welcome from any member or parent.

Reporting Channels

General complaints or concerns may be addressed to the GAC Club President, Jennifer King at hunteraths@gmail.com.

To contact our child safety officer, email Lukas Ryan at gacchildsafety@gmail.com. The Child Safety officer will handle all emails with care and complete confidentiallity.

If you or another person are in immediate danger or at risk of harm, call your local law enforcement.

Glenhuntly Athletic Club is committed to supporting athlete needs and to help athletes reach their potential. If you require assistance to participate in Athletics, please consider the below programs for club support.

Athletics Australia Education Plan

Sport Integrity Australia eLearning offers a variety of online courses relating to sport integrity, including doping, match fixing, child safeguarding and ethical decision-making courses.

Please complete all courses relevant to your role in athletics as published to Athletics Victoria Sports Integrity.

Glenhuntly Athletics Club proudly acknowledges the Boon Wurrung/Bunurong and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we train, compete, and come together.
