Welcome to the
LG & TV Running Squad
Coaches Lesley Grimes (LG) and Trevor Vincent (TV) have a long affiliation with the Glenhuntly Athletic Club, Australia's most famous road running and cross-country club, and a powerhouse in Victorian athletics track and field. We have been coaching athletes for decades to reach their full potential, from novice to international ranks.
Our running programs support runners of all abilities, experience and ages.
We help you to achieve your personal running goals, whether you are an experienced athlete seeking the edge in national or international competition, a former competitor returning to the sport or simply a beginner runner looking for guidance towards your first ParkRun or marathon.
Come run with us!
Our members enjoy the benefits of tailored training programs and the camaraderie of running regularly with each other.
We also provide online coaching programs for athletes based in Australia and internationally.
